Here’s how to make them with Essential Everyday Pie Crust: Preheat oven to 400˚F. Roll out Essential Everyday pie crust. Cut into squares or rectangles. Brush lightly with egg wash. Sprinkle with seasoning mix of choice – like dried herbs + sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning, cinnamon sugar, etc. Transfer to a sheet pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy."

You’ll want to double this recipe, because these are addictive! Ingredients (makes 12-14 cookies) 1 tablespoon black peppercorns, roughly crushed 85 g (3 oz) Parmesan cheese, grated or divided into chunks 1 cup (145 g) all purpose flour 120 grams (8 1/2 tablespoons) cold butter 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt or a small pinch 1/4 cup cold water, plus more as needed 1 egg, beaten (egg wash), optional Flaky salt Instructions FOOD PROCESSOR: 1. Add the cheese to a food processor. Blitz until coarsely ground. Add the flour, salt, and pulse for 30-40 seconds. 2. Add the butter and pepper and pulse until incorporated. Gradually add the butter while pulsing. The dough will start to clump up around the blade. NO FOOD PROCESSOR: Combine the grated cheese, salt, pepper and flour in a bowl. Add the butter and incorporate it using your hands (or a hand held pastry blender): press the butter and flour together until there are no large clumps of butter. Add water and incorporate until a dough has formed. NEXT 1. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 1/2 hours in the fridge, preferably overnight. 2. Heat the oven to 375°F or 190°C. 3. Roll the dough on a lightly floured surface, to 0.5 cm thick. Cut it into circles or rectangles, place it on a baking sheet and (optional) brush it with egg wash.
