Roasted Root Vegetables
Peeled carrots, cut into chunks
Red potatoes, cleaned and cut into chunks
Peeled and quartered onions
Butternut squash, peeled and cut into chunks
Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
Olive oil
Garlic Salt or Powder
Cooking spray
Heat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Spray a large baking sheet or roasting pan with cooking spray. Arrange vegetables in a single layer. Lightly drizzle with olive oil. Turn vegetables to coat. Roast for 1 hr at 400
