Rejuvenated garden therapy program for seniors. We used dollar store measuring cups for scooping dirt, got a bag of soil, a plastic container to scoop the dirt out of, squirt bottles to water the plants, and lots of different seeds. Everything came from the dollar store and my Grandma has enjoyed it each time we've done this activity. She loved to garden, so any resident that enjoyed gardening on a larger scale in the past might find fun in this and reminisce.
