I feel like this year I need a word.. I need a Focus. I have already admitted to last year being a little helter skelter and I know that at times I went hard core one way, and then switched the other way. It was all good, but as I sit back and reflect on some of the way things went... I think I need Balance. Now how I am going to achieve that - I have no idea - but Choosing my Word is going to help me start somehow correct??? Any suggestions?

Kinda in keeping with yesterday's theme about how to "NOT" have a bad day, let's talk about weight loss. Are you thinking, yeah right? How do the two compare and can I even suggest that dieting or talking about weight issues won't cause us to have a bad day? We're going to do it through laughter! But, be forewarned...... Losing weight is seriously difficult - it takes hard work, discipline, and a good working knowledge of nutrition and exercise to achieve. But while most of us will try dieting at one point in our lives, few of us successfully stick to that new healthy lifestyle. And sure, failure can get you down. But don't give up!
