Even though he’d been mistreated by his brothers and by others, Joseph acted with integrity, even in the foreign land of Egypt. He also remained faithful to God. God honored Joseph’s faithfulness and placed him in an important leadership role in Egypt—second in command only to Pharaoh. These Bible activities highlight this important time in Joseph’s life.

Joseph is a major character in the Old Testament stories of the early patriarchs. His faithfulness to God in the midst of his hardships is an example for all of us and a reminder that God is in control. These Bible lesson activities feature Joseph, his hardship, his endurance, his faith, and God’s blessing upon him.
