Stylized diorama

This is a personal project that I've been working on for the past couple of months during my spare time. I haven't done any stylized related art before and this was a great exercise to expand my knowledge. Learned a lot and implemented new softwares into my production pipeline. Julia Kovaleva gave a brief talk on how she started learning 3D and mixing it with 2D in her artworks.

For this month I did a stylized environment prop. The first week was focusing on the High-Res model. Second week was focusing on the game res model, and he following week was texturing. My final week was focused on working on the Materials for the bricks and roof tiles. There are a lot of things I learned this week that I am happy with how it came out, and somethings I really would love to improve. Any critiques are welcomed as I would love to improve on this project and my future work

I share with you my latest 3D game asset done while holidays! In this piece, I wanted to put a bit of where I live. This south of France called “Provence”. I have a special love for this historical region, with a large medieval stamp. With this stylized asset, I tried to setup a very easier and reusable workflow: Nothing painted, just using smart material on substance Painter. And I did some foliage on substance Designer.
