My leg muscles weren’t strong enough to handle the volume and intensity I trained at.   With the help from my dad (the best physical therapist in the whole world), we came up with a gym routine that targeted those weak areas and got me really really strong!   Exercises: Toe curl  Ankle inversion  Ankle eversion  Seated toe taps (dorsiflexion) Single leg calf raise Single leg bent knee calf raise   Some things to note:  You have to be consistent for these to work  To help your shins you need to strengthen all the muscle Strong Exercises, Bend Knee, Shin Splints, Calf Raises, Be Consistent, Workout Warm Up, Gym Routine, Leg Muscles, Resistance Bands
