To play: 🩷Each player gets a roll and read mat and places a car at the bottom of each column. Don’t have enough cars? Place students in pairs and give each 3 cars. One person will read the words in columns 1-3 and the other 4-6. 💛Players will need to draw a parking garage with dry erase marker on their desk/table or you can make paper garages for the kids to use! 💜Each player rolls their own dice and reads the word starting from the bottom of the mat. my children absoltuely loved this picture book and wanted to go hunting for a turtle like Mossy right away. We gathered nature items and treasures from around the house and used an old frisbee for the shell (but a paper plate would work too!) We then glued on some very makeshift legs and a head and then attached all of the treasures we found. And there you have it! ✨
