We don’t want raccoon eyes lol, concealer will get rid of shadows under eyes, but it will also draw attention to the fine lines (which come with our thinning skin).I always put my foundation under my eye to help with discoloration, or I use color correctors. But you might ask, what about brightening up my eyes? I always put my lighter concealer or a brightening shade in the inner corner of my eye and outer corner of my eye creating a lifted look.
