This is a fun way to change up a classic. Start by prepping the jalapenos, having and removing the seeds and then we're going to make the crab filling with some lump crab, cream cheese, green onion. I used parmesan and mozzarella. Little bit of panko. I add the bacon into this and then a ton of some red pepper flakes for a little heat and garlic powder. We're going to stuff the jalapenos and then we're going to make a topping with some more seasoning, panko, and Parmesan. Coat the top and place them on a wire rack and then get them on the smoker at three for about twenty-five, 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Pull them off, garnish, and enjoy.
