Takes 20 minutes, there’s no oil required, and only requires one pan to make! Ingredients: -6 boneless skinless chicken thighs {chopped into 1” chunks) -1 yellow onion, sliced (stem to root) -4 eggs (beaten lightly, not fully homogenized) -1 tbsp sake (optional) -parsely -green onions Sauce mixture: -2/3 cup dashi -2 tbsp mirin -3 tbsp @sanjtamari 25% less sodium Tamari -2 tsp honey mix until honey is dissolved Method: -remove eggs from fridge first. Sarah on Instagram: "Easy katsukare 🔪 Recipe :) For the curry: -1 onion, sliced -3 carrots, sliced 1 inch thick -3 cloves garlic, minced -1 tbsp red chili flakes -2 cups broth -4-5 curry cubes Start by sautéing the onions in 2 tbsp butter, and once fragrant (about 3 mins) add in the carrots, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir together and let sauté for another 5 mins, then add in the broth until everything is covered. Once the liquid simmers, add in the curry cubes and mix gently until fully dissolved.
