This beautiful storage box looks like an old library book. It was first hand painted with acrylic paint in chiffon cream color. Then it was decorated using a raised stencil and decoupage technique- birs on a blooming branch rice paper. I added several clay moulds to frame this beautiful image, painted them and lightly brushed the flowers with pink to achieve this beautiful effect. All imperfections are intentional.
