They’re super easy to make and all you need is a free simple ingredients.
Recipe:
16oz cottage cheese
125g greek yogurt
2 eggs
4 TBS Zero calorie powdered sweetener
1 tsp vanilla
45g Vanilla whey protein powder
Blend and pour into a parchment lined baking dish.
Top with 75g frozen blueberries
Bake at 350° for 50 minutes
Cool on the counter and refrigerate overnight.
Makes 6 servings.
