Coat

I need to find a very warm, not too casual coat. Shouldn't be a problem, right? Well, I'm allergic to both down and wool and I'm picky. I basically want it to be exactly like the coat my friend's dog just ate: - knee length - black or dark gray - easy to dress up or down - hooded - quilting only on the inside - not shiny (synthetics can be so shiny!) - fitted - stylish - subtle pockets - no fleece - not sporty (this is a city coat, not something to wear hiking)
