I have lived a pescatarian lifestyle since I was 14 years old…. I eat a lot of fish, but my meals are vegetarian and vegan often, too…. when I eat fish, I always bake it on a cookie sheet (sheet pan) with roasted broccoli…. I pinned some non baked tilapia recipes for the seasoning recipes that I bake instead of fry….I roast broccoli every time I bake fish because it’s healthy, Misty can have it with her diet I have her on…. and she thinks broccoli is a treat :D
