I write JavaScript

Mostly TypeScript now, mostly for the web. I like build tools, static rendering, and making things load before you notice.

I contribute to open source, turn up to Melbourne meet-ups, and give the occasional talk. I’ve run cloud native infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, NGINX, and microservices at volume — enough of it to have opinions.

These days I’m happiest improving developer experience: IDE plugins, codemods, and small fixes to low-level libraries that pay off across a whole codebase.
