PannionSeer JF-C bolsters his tried-and-true formula of billowing ambient melancholia with heavily processed and texturized beats, and the result is one of the most captivating and dynamic albums in an already impressive discography.

"Poverty" has a brooding and introverted feel to it that recalls the comedown blues of J. Albert's "my rave ended yours just began" with the wild experimental bent of Strategy's "Chaotic Era."
