about

This appeared on Technorganic Records vinyl (TECO008).This was written on an EMU E-5000 sampler and Yamaha CS2X keyboard, which was my only music equipment after a man, Christian R. McCormick gained access to the storage unit where my studio ($20,000 worth of equipment at the time) was being stored near Tampa during a move to Florida to be closer to the Drum & Bass label I was moving to post-Liquid Sky/Jungle Sky.

He pawned it for $750.

Ryan, the label manager for Technorganic found the pawn receipts and I pressed charges and everything moved along fine until the Florida state prosecutor found out I was black and trans and didn't move forward with what should have been an open and shut case. This on top of the hate crime attack on my life stripped what little faith I had in the U.S. Justice system and was a factor in me leaving for England.
