Cottage Cheese and Veggie Bake Recipe Ingredients: 6 large eggs 2 cups cottage cheese 1 cup shredded cheese 1 cup chopped spinach 1/2 cup bell pepper 1/2 cup onion 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Whisk eggs, stir in cottage cheese. 3. Mix in veggies and seasonings. 4. Fold in shredded cheese. 5. Pour into greased 9x9 inch dish. 6. Bake 40-45 minutes or until set.
