Well, a variation of it. I only have these campari tomatoes and they've seen better days. I was going to make this last week but I was sick. So, we're doing it now. Time is of the essence. I'm going to take some olive oil, drizzle my tomatoes, and of course, I'm going to do this my way which is different from the normal way because I'm using what I have in the house and I'm turning into a whole meal. I'm going to use some pepper, salt, usually use gray tomatoes but I don't have those but I have these. So, I am also going to splice up a package of these apple chicken gouda sausages because it needs some protein. Sausages going into the same pan. You can add whatever seasonings you want. I'm going to add some of this caramelized onion butter because it sounds good. I see people add Italian seasonings, oregano, whatever. I'm just going to make a whole right in the middle of my pan and I'm going to put my block of feta, the whole thing. Alright, now that it's all in the pan, we are going to throw this right into the oven at 350 degrees for like thirty, 40 minutes and also boil a pound of pasta. Some time has elapsed. My noodles are done and I saved to the side one cup of pasta water just in case I need it to thin out the tomato feta situation and this is my tomato feta and sausage situation fresh out of the oven. I'm going to take my spoon. This one, this here spoon. I'm going to smash my tomatoes and also smash my feta in. Now, I think this needs some tomato paste because I didn't have enough tomatoes but the tomatoes smashed in really easy and that's a lot of feta. Alright, I'm going to add some tomato paste just for some richness because I just feel like there's not enough tomato in this. Now, normally you would add the pasta right into here but I don't think there's enough room in this pan for that. So, we're going to add this into the pasta pot. Like so. I'm not so sure about this. I'm going to give it a stir. Let the noodles and the feta and the everything meet each other in the pot. Honestly, I don't think I need my pasta water but I'm going to get it a taste because I know what you're thinking because I'm cleaning it too. Is it even good? I'm honestly a little scared. I'm going to try it without a sausage and then with a sausage. Oh yeah. It is really good. Alright, now a bite with the sausage. I honestly was not expecting to like this. I was expecting this to be one of those things that everybody raves over and I don't like. It's actually really good. A win is a win and the sausage is so good with it.
