Ingredients: • 400 G - French Green Bean • 3 Whole - Garlic Clove • 1 TSP - Kosher Salt • 1 TSP - MSG • 1 TSP - Mushroom Bouillon Powder (added) • 1 1/2 Litre - Neutral Oil Directions: 1. Wash and receive Green Beans. 2. Cut off ends or pick off with your finger. 3. Cut into 2 to 3” pieces, and receive. 4. Crush Garlic Cloves, very finely mince garlic, and receive. 5. Blanch Green Beans for 30 seconds, and shock in an ice bath to keep vibrant green. 6. Pat dry Green Beans or dry over a drip tray for next day. 7.
