Here's how to make homemade Greek yogurt! 🍨 (via: megan_hope_johnson)ig Ingredients: - 6 cups of milk 🥛 - 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 🥄 Directions: 1. Heat milk in a pot until it reaches 185°F. 2. Let the milk cool to 90-100°F. 3. Add 1 cup of warm milk to the yogurt. 4. Pour the milk-yogurt mixture into a warmed crockpot. 5. Wrap the crockpot in a towel and let it sit for 8-10 hours. 6. Strain the yogurt in cheesecloth in the refrigerator for 9 hours to remove liquid. 7. Transfer the strained yogurt back into a container. 8. Whisk sugars salt and butter together. Then add vanilla and egg. 2. Fold in flour and baking soda with a spoon. Then add chocolate chips. Place in the fridge for 40 mins-1 hour 3. Form into balls and freeze tray until ready to bake. (At least an hour) 4. Preheat oven to 360F. Bake for 8-10 mins then let rest for 20 mins.
