When we get into sport, we often grumble if we're tired from training. And if we can't get out to do our run, bike or swim, we're even worse! I designed this card to help you thank those close to you who supported you through all those times.

I love that satisfied feeling when you've run long or hard, or both. Do you too? (& thanks to AOYS Ambassador Max for modelling the headwear, the Tshirt & the running hard!)
Today's race motivation came from - a man shouting at lady behind me "hunt her [me] down"! - my shoe coming off in the mud & having to go back Both helped me win! Check out my range of inspirational quotes for your wall or to give to motivate a friend.

I don't find it easy training at this time of year. It's hard wrenching myself out of a warm bed to set off in the cold & dark. But I always feel better once I'm moving, plus I do love a good sunrise as a bonus. Some tricks I've learned to get motivated are here http://artofyoursuccess.com/how-to-get-motivated/ Search 'motivation' at profile link (or see 'Training Tips' section) What are your tips?

Happy new week! What have you got planned? After this lovely sunrise run this morning, this week I've got a good mix of strength, speed & endurance planned, featuring circuits, a track session & some bike rides. I'm hoping my training diaries will be finished this week too, ready to record the hard work we put in. Do you plan your training week? What's on the schedule? #runyourweek #mondayrunday #earlymorningrun
There are so many steps we can take as runners to improve our performance at Half, Marathon and other distances. Having breakthroughs is often quite mental. This doesn’t come naturally to me, but when I work on it, it does really help. Read here for my tips on how to get a PB, let me know how you get on, and if you find it helpful please do sign up for my future monthly newsletters. http://ow.ly/IICY30fS9YM Warning, pushing to a PB requires hard effort!! #personalbest #personalrecord

Shared endeavours. I find training in a group helps you push harder & share the pain. (And I love a quick chat between reps) Do you train in a group? Does it help you? #TrainTogether #TrackThursday
