French Dip Sliders
These French Dip Sliders are the perfect combination of tender beef, melty cheese, and a savory au jus dip, all served on soft slider buns. A crowd-pleasing bite-sized version of the classic French dip sandwich! Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and cut the tops off. Set aside. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onions and garlic until soft and caramelized, about 8 minutes. Set aside. Layer the bottom half of the buns with roast beef, a slice of provolone cheese, and caramelized onions. Place the top buns over the filled sliders. Mix together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Drizzle the sauce over the tops of the sliders.
