Unique - Crème Brûlée Cookie Bars Ingredients: 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter 12 oz (about 2 cups or 350g) white chocolate chips 1 1/4 cups (155g) all-purpose flour 3/4 cup (149g) granulated sugar 1 tablespoon (15ml) vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 large eggs 1 cup toffee bits Instructions: Make the Batter: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a saucepan, melt the butter and white chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Stir in the sugar, vanilla, and salt. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix in the flour until fully combined. Assemble the Bars: Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake in Two Stages: Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the toffee bits evenly over the top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set. Cool and Serve: Let the bars cool completely in the pan.
