It won’t work for everyone but I do recommend a calorie deficit and drinking a bottle or two of water a day. Yes I do take breaks and I get right back into working out. coming from a girl who thinks that your body is involved with genetics but that’s partially true. If you eat healthy and do a calorie deficit the results will come kicking in. I usually do walking since I’m a student so I do TA. ALSO, you’re beautiful either way and I’ll probably show results after I reach my goal 🫶🏻🫶🏻
