We spatchcocked and smoked this beauty. Worked some butter under the skin and seasoned with my @kendrick_bbq Pork and Poultry with Honey Rub. Put the @meatermade probe in the center of the breast and put on the Traeger at 275°. That went for about 5 hours. Them @messermeister 10” poultry shears didn’t disappoint as usual. Turkey came out delicious. Thank you to @featherbladebutcher for having this turkey thawed and ready for us to prep. I did brine it in the Traeger Brine kit.
