Asian-style cucumber salad 🥒🔥
🥒 English cucumber – 2, thinly sliced 🥜 Roasted peanuts – crushed ⚪ Toasted sesame seeds – 1 tbsp 🧄 Garlic – 1 tsp, chopped 🌶 Chili flakes – ½ tsp 🧂 Salt – as per taste 🫒 Olive oil – 1 tbsp (for tempering) Or 🌰 Sesame oil – 1 tbsp (for authentic flavor) 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp 🍯 Honey – 1 tsp 🥗 Slice cucumbers and place them in a bowl. 🥗 Add crushed roasted peanuts and toasted sesame seeds. 🥗 Prepare tempering: In a small bowl, add chopped garlic, chili flakes, and salt. 🥗 Heat olive oil and pour it over the garlic mixture. 🥗 Mix in lemon juice and honey. 🥗 Drizzle the dressing over the cucumber and mix well.
