$2 Frosted Centerpiece

Cheap glasses, rubber bands, and frost spray paint. Place rubber bands how you want, then use Rust-Oleum Frosted Glass spray paint, waiting 2 min in between coats. Once dry you will want to use a sealer to make it water resistant. You can use Krylon Matte Finish Spray or Krylon Crystal Clear Acrylic Coating.
