❣️CLASSIC ENSAYMADA BREAD RECIPE ❣️
For the Dough:
3 1/4 cups all purpose flour, sifted
• + extra flour for dusting
• 7g (1 pack) instant yeast
• 4 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1 /2 tsp salt
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1/4 cup fresh warm milk
• 1/3 cup warm water (110 degrees F)
• 3 tbsp melted butter or margarine
• softened Butter or margarine for filling
For toppings:
unsalted softened butter or margarine
• Granulated White Sugar
