Best party snack for this Diwali✨ Ingredients: 4 medium-boiled potatoes 1 large onion finely chopped 1 medium capsicum chopped 1 large carrot grated 100g paneer grated 1/4 cup sliced cabbage 1.5 tbsp of red chilli powder 1 tbsp garam masala 1 tsp black pepper powder Salt as per taste 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste 1 cup bread crumbs Add all the above ingredients to a bowl mix well and Form a dough. grease the hand and shape it into cutlets as shown. Mix 1/4 cup cornflour and 1/4 cup Maida with the required amount of water and make a thick slurry. Dip the cutlets into it and coat them with panko bread crumbs. Freeze them for about 10 minutes and deep fry until golden brown. You can even pan Fry them or air Fry them at 170°c until crispy layer. How to store them? Put all the coated cutlets into a zip lock back or a container, lock it and put it in the freezer. Stays up to a month.
