Turn an ordinary can of light meat tuna into a yummy lunch! Bake pancakes, fill them with a tuna mix and voila! As an alternative, the pancakes can also be served with ice cream and maple syrup, or with cinnamon and sugar.
Ingredients

• 1 can Meat tuna in salt water, light
Produce
• 1 Lettuce, medium-sized leaf
• 1/2 tsp Parsley, fresh
• 1/2 tsp Shallot
• 1 Tomato

• 1 Egg
Condiments
• 1 Mayonnaise
• 2 tsp Mustard sauce
Baking & Spices
• 1/4 tsp Baking powder
• 1 ml Black pepper, ground
• 1 cup Gluten free cake flour
• 1 ml Knorr aromat seasoning
• 1/2 tsp Salt
Dairy
• 1 cup Milk
