A warm cozy winter meal with a glass of @rombauervineyards chardonnay. Perfect after a long mountain hike today with my dear friend Helena. #reighnworldentertainment #bringingittothetable #sausageandpeppers #inagarten #barefootcontessa #rombauer #grateful #reallygoodwood | Dan Reighn | Facebook

We're going to place them into our Crock Pot. This is such an easy recipe. I absolutely love making this for my family. I have some red onions. Some people say purple. I say red. One pound of some sliced mushrooms next. We've got some garlic powder. Just going to season that. Some dijon mustard. About a tablespoon. Place that in. Got some Worcestershire sauce. Drizzle that right on top. One last thing. I have some beef broth. I'm just going to pour some of that in. Get it kind of covered with it. I think that is good. We've got a few more ingredients to add but right now, we're going to place our lid on. I'm doing it on high for about two and a half to three hours. You also can do this on low for six to seven hours. Our pork chops have been cooking for about two and a half hours on high. They are looking good. I do have another half cup of broth here and I'm going to add about three tablespoons of cornstarch because we want to make a gravy out of this. I'm going to place that right on top of that broth. We're going to whisk that together. We are going to pour that right in with that liquid. I am going to stir it just a little bit and then we're going to put that lid back on and we're going to cook it for at least 15 minutes or until that sauce is nice and thickened. Our Crockpot pork chops with gravy are done almost. I'm going to add eight ounces of some sour cream to this. You absolutely could serve it just like it is but I love the creaminess that this adds to this dish. So I am going to stir this in. So that sour cream is mixed in. So I'm just going to dig a pork chop out. Place it on my plate. And add some extra sauce on top because that's like how I like it. I know it's hot but I am going. Oh wow. How tender is that? Oh my gosh. Wow. Okay. Okay. Crockpot pork chops with gravy. And I know it's hot. Wow. So tender. So delicious. Gotta make this. Yum.
