GF Crunchy Tacos 🌮 Paul learned to make these from his friend and now it’s part of our weekly rotation + preheat oven to 400°+ in a pan brown your meat of choice - we did ground turkey and seasoned it + black beans (I love the Sonos brand) + shredded cheese + guac + sour cream (we use plain greek yogurt) Tap for directions!

Build your bowl: rice, salmon, soft boiled egg, avocado, cucumbers and drizzle the sauce from the cucumbers over everything. Gluten Free Crispy Chicken 🐓 never thought I’d see the day we went GF but here we are! + pound plantain chips until they become bread crumb sized + season with fresh parm, garlic powder, black pepper & salt+ in a separate bowl, coat chicken in an egg wash + dip each chicken into “breadcrumb” mixture and set aside + shallow fry each piece for about 4 mins on each side+ serve with lemon wedges & enjoy!
