The 80's seem to be a popular time in our history these days, I see all sorts of 80's themed cakes and party supplies on the web......hmmm, I remember them well! The Rubik's Cube cake was three 6" single layer cakes, finished with fondant and stacked to look like a turning puzzle. Cookies with the same theme accompanied the cake.
