NYC in 4 days

Arrived Thursday evening. Checked into our apt. above KC Discount store, 2nd floor in Chinatown. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, no dining area. Walked around Chinatown for supplies(tp, wine & some bakery items for breakfast. Walked to Little Italy, ate dinner at Lombardi’s Pizza (America’s first family of pizza, est. 1905). The three of us split a garden salad,& a large pizza. Price 60.00 Walked down to the Brooklyn Bridge around the piers & into South Street Seaport area. On the way home we stopped by Columbus Park where people were playing cards, singing & playing music. We got to play with the China man waving our ribbon flag! Day 1: Breakfast in our make do eating area, we had two chairs, an end table in the middle & a bed! Walked to pier 11 down by Wall Street to get on the NYC water taxi(on/off boat). First stop was DUMBO- we walked around-saw a few sites. Got back on the boat, went by the Statue of Liberty slowly so everyone could get pictures, got off on the next stop, Pier 79, Midtown Manhattan. Went to Times Square, Rockefeller Center to the Top of the Rock observation deck. Saw the awesome breathtaking views of NYC. Took lots of pictures. Ate lunch @ Cucina & Co. Price 41.00 Went to Trump Tower, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Grand Central Station. Went back to South Street Seaport to walk home to Chinatown. Stopped for dinner at Shanghai Cuisine, price 80.00 Day 2 walked up to Wall Street saw the charging bull & the fearless girl, Federal Hall, Trump Bldg., NY Stock exchange. Went to 9/11 Memorial, Empire State Bldg., rode bikes in Central Park, ate lunch @ the Boathouse,price 31.00. Saw the Dakota, Strawberry Fields, Belvedere Castle. Walked Highline, ate dinner @ Death Ave, price 99.00. Day 3: Breakfast at Landmark Diner, price 32.00 Walked to South Street Seaport to get discounted tickets for a Broadway show. Show- Beautiful-Carol King Musical, 30%off. Went to MOMA, dinner at Sardi’s (dinner, bottle of wine, shared dessert) $205.00 Went to the show, after show, walked around Times Square, then home. Day 4: Breakfast again at Landmark Diner(32.00) Walked to Greenwich Village, found some landmarks & Washington Park. Ate lunch at Paqueria Mez-A( lunch for 3, 2 for 1 margaritas for 2) $72.00. Shopped a little, walked back to Chinatown & Little Italy & shopped, got some bakery items from Little Italy bakery for morning. Dinner was at Casa Bella (dinner w/3 glasses of wine 130.00). Day 5: Airport to fly home We used Uber most of the time we weren’t walking, rode Subway about 3 Times, NYC yellow cab once! Great time was had by all !
