Oliver Queen is trapped on a remote island in the Pacific for quite awhile and meets a couple people on the island as well, he is presumed-dead but when he somehow finds a way back to Starling City he hides the ways the experience has changed him.. he becomes a play-boy billionaire who reconnects with his sister Thea. He is a wealthy care-free bachelor by day and a vigilante by night to right societal wrongs and bring the city back to it's former glory it once had. Thanks for following my board
