Add 2 bay leaves, 2 dry red chilis & 1 tsp of pach phoron. 🌸Add 1 tbsp of ginger & green chili paste. 🌸Add 1 tsp of hing, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of red chili powder & 2 tsp of coriander powder. Cook on medium flame for 2 minuits. 🌸Add some kasuri methi, tomato paste & salt as per taste.
