Two new singles from Kåte Klør´s upcoming album "GEORG" drops like a freshly painted car onto a burning car, reminding us all to not take life so seriously. The two songs deal with themes of male toxicity, depression, losing yourself completely in the day to day grind trying to survive in a rapidly depleting world. The songs offer different perspectives, but the listener should be warned: they're both delusional, sad and regressive songs to be consumed with care. Both songs push Kåte Klør´s narrative of finding peace and love in quick fire songwriting, a never-say-die attitude and with buckets of making fun of oneself. The audio is dirty, the vocals snarling with a hint of ironic distance unless you don´t subscribe to these sorts of things.

These songs also mark singer/songwriter Harald Harestad´s debut as a producer, engineer and mixing engineer. The songs, along with the rest of the album, came together over a few months earlier this year. recorded in the bands HQ: Shea´s Lounge to tape. The mixing was done on a borrowed Soundcraft MH2 console, making this a mostly analog process.
