about

Kodomo’s full-length debut release, Still Life, emerged in fall of 2008 on New York’s 5 Points Records. The release features 9 original tracks and a bonus track, "Spira Mirabilis". The concept behind the record was born from a series of photographs; each one serving as a springboard for the music. The album explores how images of environments, landscapes, people, and objects are used to evoke themes and moods. The photos were taken in Italy, China, Switzerland, & around the US.

The CD release features a deluxe eight fold digi-pack that includes a booklet with all 9 photos.
