Frozen In Motion takes its inspiration from a range of field recordings captured in New York City, Shanghai, Tokyo, Paris, and Barcelona. Kodomo examines how these seemingly random and fragmented sonic moments can be a catalyst informing his composing process. From short looping melodies of the JR train bells to a distant choir captured in a French Cathedral, the sounds represent moments in time connecting experiences.
The limited 500-piece specialty packaging of the Frozen in Motion CD includes a 12-page foldout panel featuring the artwork of New York visual artist Brian Graf. Graf is best known for his photography and his work has been shown throughout the United States as well as internationally.

Phenomenal use of live instrumentation with digitally manipulated sounds, and phenomenal ambient soundscaping on top. Absolutely amazing album, every song swallows you whole. Scrungus
From the bottom of my heart thank you, thank you so very much for this utterly sacred music and thank you Sir, for troubling yourself to be the sort of human capable of transducing it for us. Ladies, Gentlemen, Children, Aliens, EVERYONE- this is a timeless classic and must be in the collection of any serious psychonaut, end of story. Bill Weird
Used to listen to this with my friends on hikes or in the wild, this is one of my favorite songs ever. So much emotion. Thanks for all the great music! nordmu
