Had trouble accessing the headout website which was required to get the Petronas tickets. Wasted abit of time on that and when we finally got access time had passed for our booked slot. We ended up having to but new tickets so we missed the Petronas tour. The acquirium was fantastic.

The booking experience was seamless. In fact I booked the tickets while I was in front of the Aquaria to avail the discount which I'd not have received if booked through the booking counter. The tickets were in my email in 30 seconds. As for Aquaria, it was a wonderful experience. We got to see many species that we had not seen earlier. The tunnel through aquarium was great with sharks and sea turtles swimming above you.

Had trouble accessing the headout website which was required to get the Petronas tickets. Wasted abit of time on that and when we finally got access time had passed for our booked slot. We ended up having to but new tickets so we missed the Petronas tour. The acquirium was fantastic.

I get to bring my son for the first time visiting Acquaria KLCC. Seeing his happy face is everything. The only thing slacking is the moving walkaway not working. Thats all.

It was so terrible I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The driver made so many stops to have a cigarette, go to the shop or just text on his phone it took us an hour to go 4 stops. The bus was so old with tape holding the buttons onto the wall, there was absolutely no commentary other than "this is stop number x" And when it got to the changeover stop the driver parked so close to the stalls on the pavement, we could barely squeeze through the gap to walk to the bus stop. We had a baby with us and struggled to get the folded pram through the gap. Truly one of the worst experiences. Definitely not worth paying for.

I was a bit disappointed as our bus ended early. The reason given was because of traffic. This meant that we were unable to use our Aquarium tickets as we had planned to get off at a dedicated stop on the route but the bus stopped at stop 6 meaning we were 4 stops short. There was not enough seats on the bus and we had to stand so we did not grt a good view.

Mr. Perumal was an excellent host and guided us through areas that "normal" tourists are not allowed to go - for example the upper part of the skybridge or the Petronas member area. There is also enough time to take photos until you go for dinner.
Be sure to bring a legal document (ex. passport) for the experience as you need to be varified before you receove a visitor pass!
Mr. Perumal offers many detailed information about the construction of the Petronas Towers as well.
All in all it was a very nice experience and I'd recommend it when you visit the towers.
After the dinner we also visited a bar inside the towers where normally only members are allowed.

Treated like a VIP from start to finish. This so exceeded our expectations. We never realised that this was a meal in the exclusive members only club with only two other guests! Outstanding views from the sky bridge and restaurant and the knowledgeable Soundars was personally attentive throughout.
Ignore the 1 star reviews, the food was delicious and 5 star but be aware there is a strict dress code which is made crystal clear as this is a members only club The one star reviewers clearly don't understand this and would be better placed at a McDonald's restaurant...... just do it you'll love it!

The views were marvelous, even though it was a cloudy day. The staff at the tower were exceptionally friendly and helpful when we weren't sure which way to go when we arrived. And I especially liked the part where we were not forced to take a picture before we were allowed in (like some towers in other countries do)

We had the experience while the sun was setting and to look at the city from above at night. Fortunately, we didn't have to queue. The view from the KL Tower is astonishing. In total we were almost 2 hours on the viewing platform and enjoyed it very much.
The description, what is included, is in my opinion a little misleadingly written. "Entry to Skybox" apparently only means that you can enter by means of a ticket, which can be purchased separately on site at the observation deck. We have decided not to buy this separately, because the view and the possibility to take photos are also very good anyway.
I would like to point out that the lighting on the way to the parking lot is unfortunately not sufficient and suggest that the stairs be better marked or illuminated. The last step of a section was not recognisable because of the darkness and the scarce light, which is why my boyfriend sprained his ankle. This has nothing to do with our experience at the tower in and of itself, but perhaps this should be taken into account and implemented for the future.

The food is delicious and a choice of many types of dishes. The service is exemplary efficient. The only disappointing thing is that the establishment don't serve wine to compliment the delicious food.
