Toppen: Pfirsichscheiben, Blaubeeren, Feta und Walnüsse darüber verteilen. Dressing: Olivenöl, Essig, Honig, Salz und Pfeffer mischen und über den Salat geben. Servieren: Gut vermengen und sofort genießen oder kurz im Kühlschrank ziehen lassen. Kalorien: Ca. 250 kcal pro Portion Tipp: Köstlich als Beilage zu Grillgerichten oder als leichtes Mittagessen!
