vegan peach baked oats
this peach baked oats recipe is perfect for breakfast, snack or even dessert and it is super easy to make! let me show you how 🍑🤌🏼 what you’ll need for 2 servings: 🍑 6 slices of a ripe peach 🍑 2/3 cup oats 🍑 1 tbsp chia seeds 🍑 2 tbsp golden flaxseed meal 🍑 1 tsp baking powder 🍑 1 cup soy milk or milk of choice Optional: brown sugar on top of peach slices method: 1. Preheat oven at 375F. 2. In a bowl, add oats, chia seeds, flaxseed, baking powder and milk. Mix it well. 3. Transfer to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. 4. Transfer in ramekin. 5.
