Instructions: Sauté onion, bell pepper, and ground beef in oil; drain fat. Add garlic, then stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, broth, Worcestershire, seasonings, and macaroni. Simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaves, mix in cheese, and serve.
