Add mandarin peels to alcohol and age in a dark and cool place for 3 weeks. 2. Make simple syrup and cream syrup and cool completely. 3. Colette’s Cocktails on Instagram: "lemon drop jell-o shots 🍋🌶️ recipe makes roughly 12 slices: •scoop out 6 halves of lemons and set aside •in a pot, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup sugar •stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves •let cool •add 3 packs of unflavored gelatin •stir well •add 1 cup of fresh lemon juice •add 3/4 cup vanilla (or regular) vodka •stir well •place the scooped out lemons in muffin tin to stand upright •pour mixture into lemons up to the top •place in the fridge for at least 8 hours •once jell-o is set, cut lemons into slices •sprinkle dried lemon zest, sugar and tajin on top •enjoy!!!! #lemoncocktails #jelloshots #jello #lemondrop #lemondropshots #summercocktails"

Phil on Instagram: "Kentuckey Buck 🍸 @gin_with_me made the Kentucky Buck a couple of weeks ago and as I saw some fresh strawberries in the supermarket I had to reshake this one 🍓. This strawberry influenced bourbon sour was created by Erick Castro at the Bourbon & Branch back in 2009 🇺🇸. ▪️60 ml bourbon whiskey ▪️22.5 ml lemon juice ▪️15 ml simple syrup ▪️2 dashes angostura bitters ▪️2 strawberries ▪️100 ml ginger beer First muddle the strawberries in a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients except the ginger beer, shake for a couple of seconds with ice cubes and double strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
