I do it the lazy way so your grandma might not approve this recipe but it's going to get it done in about 20 to 30 minutes. Four or five clean recipes and poking them with a fork. Why did I poke these with a fork? Well, because I'm going to microwave them for 12 to 15 minutes and I don't want them to explode. Set them in there nice and gently. Kobe, big pot and about half stick of butter. We're on the high end of low low and add in that onion and about two to four tablespoons of garlic. If you don't like garlic, use fresh. I don't really care what you do. Make it up in there and give all those onions are translucent. You have this extra minute to 30 second break and prepare the rest of your ingredients so you're not overwhelmed whenever it becomes showtime. Now that our onions are nice and translucent, we're going to add in one/ 2 cup of all-purpose flour. Whisking it in, round off some of that flour taste, we're going to add in one cup of milk at a time. For cup number 2, you're doing this so you don't scold the milk. You're tempering it in. Last cup, two cups of chicken stock. Just buy one of those four cup containers and you'll be set. My case, I have the chicken cubes and two cups of sink water in two cubes. I keep stirring this until it comes up to a nice simmering potatoes here just cut them. How big of a bite you want. I usually just go with the that right there is about the biggest you want to go. It's completely fine if they're not all the same size. You're going to be feeding it to your family. It's going to be really excited that you made dinner tonight and you made it for them with love. Shazam. Four potatoes on the world's smallest cutting board. Shazam. Ufo salt, plenty of extraterrestrial pepper. You should just add garlic powder and onion powder and then I came across this potato slayer seasoning. Usually add about two tablespoons or so of that or you can just add garlic powder, a little bit of cayenne, some garlic, and whatever other seasoning you like. If you don't like onion, don't put it in there. Give her a quick little stir. To this, we're going to add one half cup of sour cream and 16 fluid ounces of chopped velveeta cheese. I just put them in little blocks to melt faster. Just going to double man. Bacon's still in the oven cooking so pretend that that's bacon. Just going to stir this until it's nice and smooth. Cut the heat and fold in our potatoes. Just to keep the integrity of the potato. I do fold these in children. Not whisk these in with a spoon. Okay. You might have to taste it and add a little more seasonings. Only needs quite a bit on my end. Secret weapon. Little bit of ranch. Not a ton. It's a hint. French call this lest stir method. And the final ingredient six crumbled strips of bacon. Just give them a fold in there. I don't have any green onion but you can finish it up with some parsley to make it look pretty. About to give me a bowl of that right there. Definitely going to be bringing back fall flavors with this one. One of your favorites too. Yeah. If you don't like it so thick, you can always add two more cups of chicken broth. A massager thing stuck in your ear. You know what I'm about to say, don't you? And of course I know that you love garlic so we're going to add a little bit of garlic in it. Yay. You guys can use minced garlic if you have it. That is always a great combo and this will really get really flavorful with some ginger. If you have fresh ginger, use that. Otherwise, you can use the powdered. Wow. Mm hmm. You guys, let's give this a stir. Wow. I love this flavor combo. This is an easy dinner. That is delicious. We're just going to get those noodles submerged. It's nutritious and delicious this one. Okay, now that those noodles are submerged, we've got our veggies in there. We're going to go ahead and add our lid and then we will be back. Wow you guys. Look at this soup. Wow. It is smelling so great. This has been simmering for about 30 minutes or so. Just enough to get the noodles softened and our soup simmering. This looks incredible. Okay. So before we serve this up I am going to add a little bit of cilantro. Have some fresh cilantro leaves. I'm just going to snip sniff a little bit. That fresh greenery on here. So good. Let's eat this. I cannot wait to try this. This is such a great soup for a cozy cozy day. Wow. Oh my goodness gracious. I love the combo of the dumplings with the noodles. So good. Some long noodles. Okay. It's very steamy. Be very careful. I'm going to go ahead and try this. Want one of these dumplings. Oh yes. Yes. Wow. That was good.
