Making ketchup at home is affordable, easy and healthier than store bought. It uses only 5 ingredients to make! Makes 1 litre container and will last in the fridge for 2 weeks. I like to freeze half. 2 6oz cans organic tomato paste 1/2 tsp of each: onion powder, garlic powder, all spice, cloves, salt & paprika 8 tbsp pure maple syrup 3/4 cup distilled white vinegar 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp filtered water 🍅 Add all ingredients to a saucepan and simmer on low for 20 minutes until thickened. Stir every few minutes. 🍅 Let cool and store in an air tight container in the refrigerator #healthy #ketchup #homemade #diy recipe #healthyliving #healthyfood #easy | Cassandra Wardrope | Facebook
