Floor Bed: Took one side and bed spring off of the crib. We laid the mattress on the floor. We decided to keep the 3 sided crib up to give it a cozier feel. Our LO (little one) loves it! After this picture was taken we did add the toddler bed rail to the top of the crib to create more stability.
