Boil carrots in chicken broth or heavily salted water 2. Remove carrots and broth from pot and add in butter 3. Let butter brown on medium heat 3-4 minutes or until bubbly & golden brown 4. Recipe deets below 🫶🏻 What you’ll need: 1, 12 oz bag of trimmed green beans 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp chili onion crunch (from Trader Joe’s) Sprinkle of garlic powder Sprinkle of salt Instructions: 1. In a pan on medium heat add the green beans and 1/4 cup of water. Cover with a lid and let it steam about 4 minutes. Make sure not to overcook them otherwise the beans will all fall out! 2. Remove the lid and let the rest of the water evaporate. This takes about 1-2 minutes. 3. Add the butter and mix. 4. Once melted add the chili onion crunch and mix. 5. Season with garlic powder and salt to taste and enjoy!"

Don’t cook all the way cause they’ll cook in the oven 🥦 Velveeta cheese! Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice your zucchini into sticks – not too thick and not too thin. Transfer to a large bowl and add in the oil. Stir to coat everything well. Next add in the cheese, corn meal and spices. Toss again to coat all. Transfer to your baking sheet and spread out (its best if they don’t touch). Bake for 25 minutes or until crispy. Trust us even the ones who say they don’t like this dish will be coming back for seconds !! •Recipe 2 lbs cooked green beans 8 tablespoons butter divided 14 oz mixed sliced mushrooms Fresh thyme leaves 1/4 c flour 1 1/4 cups whole milk 1 cup heavy cream Salt pepper and white pepper 1/2 cup Parmesan grated 1 container fried onions Lay the green beans in a baking dish and set aside. Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a large skillet. Add the mushrooms, season with salt and black pepper, and thyme leaves. Cook over medium heat until the liquid has evaporated about 10 minutes. Pour the mushrooms over top the green beans. Melt the remaining butter in a saucepan. When bubbling add the flour and stir for about a minute. Slowly start adding the the milk and cream stirring constantly. Season with salt, white pepper. Cook over medium low heat until thickened about 10 minutes. Stir in the Parmesan. Pour over the green beans and mushrooms, spreading evenly. Top with onions and bake 375 covered for 30-35 minutes.
